Terms
Terms of Service
Effective July 30, 2026
These terms apply when you create an account or use LineSweep. If you use LineSweep for a restaurant or restaurant group, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business.
The service
LineSweep converts restaurant invoice data into purchasing, price, category, cost-center, inventory, waste, and reporting tools. Features may evolve as we improve the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that uploaded invoices belong to your business.
Trials, subscriptions, and locations
LineSweep may offer a free trial. Paid pricing is presented before purchase and may be based on the number of restaurant locations. A separate restaurant location may require an additional paid location. Subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund information will be shown during checkout or in the billing portal.
Your data
You retain ownership of the invoice and business data you provide. You give LineSweep permission to host, process, reproduce, and analyze that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. This includes retaining and allowing authorized LineSweep personnel to review certain uploaded invoice samples to develop, test, validate, and troubleshoot invoice parsers and improve extraction accuracy. Our handling of personal and invoice data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Reviewing results
LineSweep automates data extraction, categorization, and calculations, but invoice formats and source data can be incomplete or ambiguous. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for purchasing, accounting, tax, inventory, or other business decisions. LineSweep is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Acceptable use
You may not use LineSweep to violate law, access another customer's information, interfere with the service, test for vulnerabilities without permission, upload malicious content, or misrepresent your authority to use invoice data.
Service availability
We work to keep LineSweep available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, security work, or circumstances outside our control. We may change or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using LineSweep at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, violation of these terms, or legal requirements. Contact us to request account closure or data export.
Disclaimers and responsibility
LineSweep is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, LineSweep is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as LineSweep evolves. We will post the updated terms here and revise the effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively.
